Things To Consider
It has become very common for customer service jobs to be home based. Many small and large companies are finding that it can be easier to create interest in a job if it’s a home-based position.
It prevents employees from having to drive in bad weather, deal with heavy traffic, worry about what to wear, apply makeup, etc. They can just roll out of bed and walk right over to their designated work space. In my opinion, it improves your quality of life.
Some people may miss the daily interaction with co-workers, but others may find that they are a lot more productive working from home.
Although you may be working from home, most companies will require you to stick to a designated schedule. You will be required to log into a computerized system that keeps track of your calls, breaks, etc.
