-Their headquarters is in Seattle, but they have offices in various States. 

-They started out selling books. 

-They are now a global business known for selling various types of products including the Kindle.   

Working From Home For Amazon

 –They offer full-time and seasonal Customer Service positions.

– As a Customer Service Representative, you would you would assist customers by phone or by chat.   

You must reside in the State where the opening exists.

Currently, there are no part-time work from home customer service positions. 

-The positions are full-time.

They never charge a fee for employment.

Employment is based on merit. 

– Customer Service, typing, computer, internet, email, Instant Messenger and other skills are required for the positions.  (See their job posts for more details.)

-They have bilingual positions available for German, Spanish, French, Italian and Japanese speakers. 

-You must be able to speak English.

The virtual call center is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. 

Work hours may include days, afternoons and evenings. 

Expect to have weekend hours included in your schedule.

Overtime hours may also be required
