Working From home

 

Apple hires people to work from home as “At Home Advisors” providing Customer Service and Support.

As an At Home Advisor you would answer questions by phone or by chat.

Work hours can vary.

Depending on the company’s needs, you could be hired for full-time or part-time.

Holiday hours may be required.

Training is provided on-line by an instructor.  You will not have to leave your home.

You must be comfortable working with people and technology.

You need to have a work environment that is free of noise and free of interruptions.

You will need a desk and ergonomic chair and your own high-speed internet connection.

 

Salaries

The salaries are competitive.  They will discuss that during the hiring process.

In addition to competitive salaries, they offer benefits too.

 

Experience

Experience with Apple and Mac products like the iPad, iPod and iPhones are preferred, but not required.

They may be willing to train you, depending on experience you may have working with other operating systems.

Great verbal and written communication skills are required.
